How to cook Salmon Avocado bowl?(Easiest!)

This article is about "How to make sushi bowl(easiest)". The picture above is one of the images of salmon avocado rice. 

 

Robachan will introduce the recipe from my mother donkey. 

Ingredients of Salmon avocado bowl

  • Salmon Sashimi or Smoke salmon slices(150g)
  • 1/2 of an abovado                                                     
  • Rice(150g)                                                             
  • 1 egg                                                            
  • Wasabi
  • Soy Sauce  

2. Instruction

Step.1 Make the rice with the rice cooker.

If you do not have rice cooker, you can make it by a pot. First you wash your rice in the pot with water 5times. 

After that, pour 200ml water, cover the pot lid on the pot, and keep it on medium heat until water is evaporated and the water level is under the rice. And turn off the heat and wait 6min.

 

Step.2 Make sauce for this meal

Just mix wasabi paste and soy sauce. You can fix the level of spiciness.

 

Step.3 Surve the rice on the bowl and cool it during next step 

You really need to cool it, otherwise Sashimi get warmer.

 

Step.4 Make poached egg

 

 

Step.5 Cut the avocado into cubes, and put it on the rice. then you also put Salmon Sashimi on the bowl

 

Final. Put the poached egg on the top of the rice, and pour the sauce which you made on step.2

 

Surve everything on the bowl carefully, otherwise poached egg will be crushed :(
